Bastyr is seeking a visionary leader who demonstrates a passion for education and natural medicine with a proven track record in executive management, decisive leadership, and execution of successful fund raising.  A minimum of 5 years experience as CEO/President of a private college, university, health care institution or an organization.  Masters in a related field required, PhD or Doctorate preferred.  This individual must possess confidence, an authentic work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and high intelligence with a strong desire for success. This leadership position reports to the Board of Trustees and is responsible for academic and administrative policies, financial stewardship, and strategic planning.
